Today I performed your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the exterior of your home for pest activity and conducive conditions and removed any webs from around windows and doorways. I treated the exterior perimeter along the foundation (1 foot up/out over soil areas and crack and crevice to paved areas) for ants and general insect control. Ants are on the move this time of year. This is a preventative as well as a remedial treatment for any current ant activity. Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Today I used a liquid residual product on the entire exterior perimeter foundation of the house. Please allow this liquid product 7 to 10 days for product to start working. Today I inspected all interior basement and garage mice bait stations. All my speech stations had heavy activity so I re-baited the stations. I then inspected the exterior rodent bait station along the side of the house which also had heavy rodent activity so I re-baited that station as well. Finally, I used a moisture activated granular around the exterior perimeter foundation. Both the liquid product and the granular will act as a barrier to prevent any pests from entering the interior of your household. If you should have any questions or concerns please call us. Good afternoon. Today I completed the initial pest control service for house 49A INTERIOR ONLY, with the exception of placing 3 exterior rodent bait filled stations outside of the house. Today I carefully and thoroughly inspected the interior of the house where the tenant had been seeing rat and mice droppings throughout the house. Today I placed a mouse bait filled station inside the kitchen cabinet under the sink and another bait station was placed inside the kitchen pantry. While I was in the kitchen I placed a glue board under the refrigerator to help us track any pest/mice activity. I then placed a bait station inside the bedroom under the bed inside one of the drawers where customer had seen droppings before. Today I also inspected the basement around the back of the house where I placed 5 mice bait filled stations along the corners of the unfinished ceiling perimeter. I also placed 2 larger rodent bait filled stations inside the two crawl spaces as well. We will use all of these

PLEASE allow this liquid product 3-5 days for product to start working and then in that time frame and thereafter you SHOULD start to see a decrease in pest activity. I then used a moisture activated granular around the exterior perimeter foundation. Both of these products will act as a barrier to prevent any pests from entering the interior of your household. Finally, I inspected the three exterior rodent bait stations. The first station on the side of the shed away from the house had heavy rodent activity, the station in the front of the garage had heavy activity, and the station in the front yard of the house also had heavy rodent activity. Per customer request, I went inside the house down in the basement where I checked the rooms/closets for general pest activity on the glue boards. There were only 5 glue boards that had moderate to heavy general pest activity so I replaced the 5 glue boards. We will use the new glue boards to help monitor for any new general pest activity. Today I used a liquid residual product on the exterior perimeter foundation including doors, window trims, siding, garage, front yard area, backyard area, patio/deck area, and any cracks and crevices along the foundation of the house. There were no signs of termite activity nor were there any signs of entry points leading from the exterior into the interior of the house. I inspected the garage and basement bait stations and they show moderate activity. I refreshed the bait in the garage and basement bait stations. I replaced the glue boards in the mother in law suite. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual spray for general insect control. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Basement was inspected all glue boards were replaced. An organic granular was applied to all unfinished areas in the basement to help eliminate crickets. I also, checked the MBS stations for activity no activity was found. A liquid residual product was applied to the exterior around windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will prevent seasonal pest from entering your home. I also, applied a moisture activated granular around the outside. Both rodent bait stations were inspected and rebated, there’s been little activity.
