Hello! Today I performed your quarterly pest service.I brushed down any spiderwebs and inspected the exterior of the home. I then treated the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for General pest control. I did not note any pest activity at this time and the exterior of the home as well as landscaping looked to be in good condition. Today I completed your initial pest control service. Your son reported some bees getting into the home and nesting underneath the deck. He said it wasn’t a lot that were coming into the home. I inspected around the home for activity and possible pest entry points. I found the bees underneath the deck at the back of the stairs going onto the deck. They were going behind the insulation. I pulled the insulation out and and there was a large yellow jacket nest behind and underneath the insulation. See image on customer portal. I removed the hive and treated the decking underneath the insulation and the insulation when I place it back. This area needs to be sealed somehow. This may happen year to year. I also treated underneath the other deck by the pool as a preventative. I did not see any other entry points. I removed some cobwebs. I used a liquid residual to treat around the exterior foundation perimeter, windows and doors of the home to prevent insect activity from entering the home. I

Hello! Today I was here for your one time bee service, first i applied a liquid treatment to the area above the front door were the yellow jackets was flying in and out of a hole to eliminate them. Last I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, underneath the eaves, and foundation as a preventative for pest. Hello! Today I was here for your initial pest service. The main concern is roaches around the home.I treated baseboards level cracks and crevices throughout the entire home including the basement, garage, first floor, and second floor. The main focus was also in and around the kitchen. The customer had cleared out their cabinetry so I was able to treat cracks and crevices throughout the cabinets. I also used a gel bait along hinges, cracks and crevices, and gaps in the molding around the kitchen. I also placed bait in a gap underneath the baseboard at the top of the stairs were they typically keep the dog food.On the exterior I treated the front and rear foundations with a liquid residual product for General pest control.You may see an uptick in roach activity over the next 24 to 48 hours. This is not uncommon as treating can flush out some activity that is hiding deeper in the home. After today’s treatment I strongly recommend cleaning out the cabinetry and then placing the food back
