Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial pest control service. It was such a pleasure speaking with you today! One of the issues customer had today was a moderately sized bald faced hornets nest on the exterior backyard detached shed. I was able to apply both a liquid non-deterrent residual product as well as an aerosol product to said nest. I was then able to knock down the nest and then dispose of the nest. I informed customer that she will still see a couple of hornets flying around the treated area for about a day or two but then I also explained that in a matter of two weeks time, customer should start seeing a decrease in the hornet activity. Today I applied the same liquid residual product along the entire rest of the exterior perimeter foundation of the house. In order to see best results, the insects need to either fly/walk on or through the treated areas of the exterior perimeter of the property. Please allow this liquid residual product two weeks time and then you shou

Good morning. Today I completed your one time service call for yellow jacket and hornet activity. Today, customer had yellow jacket activity along the front of the house flying in and around where the watering hose is and then the customer had an active hornets nest in one of the bushes in the backyard near the patio. I was able to treat both the yellow jacket and the hornets using a liquid non-deterrent residual product as well as an aerosol product in both areas. I was able to knock down the nest and dispose of it after treatment. In order to see best results, the insect need to either fly/walk on or through the treated areas listed above. Please allow both products two weeks time and then you should start to see a decrease in both yellow jacket and hornet activity. If you have any questions or concerns please call us. Thank you for choosing Green Pest Solutions. P.S. Signature and credit card are on file.
Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial pest control service. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. Today, customers concern was for yellow jackets in the backyard garden area. I informed customer that due to where the yellow jackets have made their nest, I was unable to treat said area because it interfered with customers vegetables. I then informed customer that the nest should deteriorate on its own in the colder season. Per customer request, I used an interior liquid residual product and spot treated the floorboard perimeters of the interior garage, basement/laundry room/utility room, and customers home office in the attic area. I then applied another liquid non-deterrent residual product along the exterior perimeter foundation of the house as a preventative measure for general pest activity. In order to see best results, the insects need to either walk on or through the treated areas of both interior and exterior of home. Please allow these liquid products 2 weeks time
Good afternoon, today I was here and completed your quarterly pest control service visit. After speaking with you briefly inside, I placed five mouse bait stations in the basement in all four rooms along the foundational ledge up top. We will continue to monitor each station during our quarterly visits. I added one new exterior rodent bait station on the exterior of the building next to the front door. There are two white flaps that open up into a entry point into the basement, the bait station was placed inside of the white flaps so that no customers would be visibly see the station. Lastly I applied a liquid treatment along the foundation where applicable. I noticed next to the ac units, there were multiple areas where tubes and pipes were entering the building, I did my best to seal one of the gaps with copper mesh wire but would advise you to run to the local hardwood store and look into different sealants you could use to seal those gaps. This would help bring down any mice activi
