Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of house. Also a moisture activated granular application was spread around the exterior perimeter of home. All glue boards on the interior were replaced with new. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and insect control. Please contact our office if you have any questions or concerns. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Customer reported no interior pest activity just wanted bait stations and glue boards replaced in the basement. I inspected the basement bait stations and the bait station on the right wall shows heavy activity. I put a new bait block in the basement bait station in the right. I replaced the glue boards in the basement they had cave crickets and small spiders in them. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual spray for general insect control. I put down a moisture activated granular around the exterior foundation to deter insect activity away from your home. I checked the exterior bait station and it showed moderate rodent activity. I put new bait in the exterior bait station on the right side of your home. I recommend trimming the bush on the right side of the home to prevent moisture build up and pests using the branches as a bridge on to your home. Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated small areas in the basement with a liquid residual treatment. Also I changed all the glue boards they had a few spiders in them. Also I checked the bait station no activity inside. Then I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual and a moisture activated granular treatment. Next I knocked away the cobwebs around your exterior windows and doors. Last I put new bait in the exterior stations the one to the left had little activity. The one to the right had heavy activity and a dead mouse in it both stations have new bait inside. Have a great day.

However I did use a moisture activated granular treatment around your home to help keep pest activity low. Then I knocked away some cobwebs around your home. Today I completed your quarterly service. I treated the exterior of your home with a moisture activated granular treatment. No liquid residual treatment was used today due to inclement weather. I also put new bait in the bait stations in the basement 2 of the stations were empty. I moved 2 stations around the area where activity was found. Have a great day.

No rodent activity or entry points present at this time. I treated crack and crevice to basement and detached garage for general insect and arachnid control. I treated the exterior perimeter crack and crevice around windows and doorways for general insect and arachnid control. While treating inside I did not find any roach activity. Also I treated the exterior with a liquid residual and granular treatment to help keep pest activity low.
