Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations in the pantry, under kitchen sink and under the oven. They all showed no activity. I Inspected the exterior rodent bait station in the back and it showed heavy activity. I replenished all interior and exterior stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population around your home. I also applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows and interior perimeter of the basement. Targeting spiders and any other general pests trying to enter your home. I made sure to move all the toys out of the treatment area in the basement before applying liquid solution.
