Today I was here for your initial pest service. First I inspected the exterior of the property and noticed carpenter bee activity with there being saw dust and visually seeing them. Next I applied a liquid residual treatment along the wooded fence area where they seem to be drilling the holes and along the perimeter as a preventative for the carpenter bees. Quarterly service completed today. Treated exterior for ants with a liquid residual treatment around foundation windows and doors. Also applied a granular bait to try to lure ants to treated areas. Inspected bait stations and found very minor feeding changed all baits to prevent rodent entry. Please allow up to 2 weeks for full effect of treatment.
