Good evening, Mr. and Mrs. Heath, today I inspected the interior property for any and all pest activity. First, I started with the upstairs room that you saw a wasp. I didn’t expect this room, and I did not see any activity. However, I did look into the crawlspace room directly next to this room, and I didn’t see any activity in that area either. Sometimes wasps hornets and other B type insects will hibernate in attics in as soon as it warms up, they come out to try and get outside. However, per your request, I did treat the interior baseboards of your basement and the sill plates with a residual liquid application to help control General pest, such as spiders, stink bugs, centipedes, and other household pests. I did also add a few sticky traps in the windows downstairs for they do have a lot of insect activity such as spiders and things. I did also apply one at the bottom of the steps where you saw the spider and one halfway up the wall behind the steps. Everything today may agitate p

Good afternoon Mr. Horton, great to speak with you today before I got started with your quarterly inspection/service. During my exterior inspection, I noticed the window to the left of your front door when facing the house has some pretty significant water damage, plus I noticed your dryer vent is completely wide open, I did also notice a large hole at the corner of your garage, where the downspout is. I do recommend trying to get these spots that I had described sealed up because they are direct entryway points into the home. Today I applied a residual liquid application to the entire foundation, window, trim, door, trim, and any other small cracks and crevices. I noticed around the property. One thing that grabbed my tension is the wood pile about 20 feet or so off the back left side of your house. It seems to be compromised with wood burrowing insects. I do recommend either burning up this wood or remove it further away from the home for if it does have termites or possible, would b

Good afternoon, Mr. and Mrs. winner, today, during your visit/inspection I made sure to thoroughly inspect the basement for any and all pest activity. During my inspection downstairs, I noticed heavy activity of mice droppings in the unfinished part of the basement. However, I did locate to direct entryway points on my exterior inspection. One being your dryer vent, and the conduits of electrical wires going into the home has a pretty significant size hole that goes right into where I saw activity in the basement. I highly recommend sealing up these holes to stop entryway points for pests entering the home. I do recommend keeping the garage door closed as much as possible for this is the number one entryway point to homes. I did check your large exterior stations on the exterior of the home which showed heavy activity, and I did replenish the material inside to continue controlling and monitoring pests. I’m going to set up a two week. Follow up to come back to check all your interior s
