How does program billing and service work?
Programs are a 1-year agreement billed monthly. We begin with an initial treatment, re-treat about every 30 days through the first two months to break the pest cycle, then move to quarterly service (about four visits a year). If pests show up between visits, we come back at no extra charge.
Does the program cover other pests besides the one I called about?
Yes. The general pest program covers most common household pests — spiders, mice, and others — except termites and bed bugs, which are handled separately. Every covered pest gets the unlimited callback benefit.
How much is termite or bed bug treatment?
