Why do I get so many mice in the fall?

Harvest. When Kent County fields get cut, field mice lose their cover and food and head for the nearest warm building. Sealing entry points matters more than trapping alone.

When should I treat for stink bugs?

Early fall. Treat the outside of the house in September, before they move in. Waiting until they are already in your walls makes the job much harder.

Do I need fumigation for termites in Delaware?

Almost never. Tenting is for drywood termites, and those are not our local kind. Delaware termites live in the soil, so we treat the ground and the structure instead.
